Legal Practitioner
Robyn graduated with her LL.B. degree from Stellenbosch University in 2018, following on the successful completion of her B.Comm. degree at the same institution. With a passion for delictual law, Robyn started her legal career as a candidate legal practitioner at DSC Attorneys in January 2019, whereafter she was admitted as a legal practitioner and a notary public in January 2021.
After her admission and a period of practice in the field of personal injury law, Robyn returned to Stellenbosch University in January 2022 to pursue her doctorate in law. Robyn’s research focuses on the compensation payable to victims of medical malpractice in the public healthcare sector.
Nearing the completion of her doctoral studies, Robyn was invited to rejoin DSC Attorneys as a legal practitioner in 2024, where she will provide invaluable assistance to Jan Potgieter in his demanding litigation practice.
