It has been a long journey with you. I am so very glad that it is almost completed.

I want to take this opportunity to thank you and your colleagues for the very professional service you have rendered.

I’ll admit, there was some scepticism during this time due to stories of terrible experiences suffered by some claimants and dodgy lawyers.

I am ever grateful for the manner in which this claim has been conducted by DSC. Your due diligence and patience exercised whilst communicating with me along the way was very encouraging.

I understand that we are still in the process of claiming attorney costs from RAF but we have reached the biggest milestone and for that I’m happy.

My accident happened on the 3rd of January 2011 and shortly after that I began the process of applying to the Road Accident Fund through DSC Attorneys during that November.

The first year or so comprised of assessments all set up by DSC and despite having gone through a traumatic accident, everyone I dealt with was incredibly friendly, thorough and made me feel comfortable.

Although this has been an incredibly long process with many delays occurring internally at the RAF, I have recommended Chris Smit and DSC Attorneys to anyone who has had an accident. My settlement was more than I expected and has helped me to further my post-graduate education, support my mother and expand my financial portfolio. I believe I would not have gotten the settlement I did without the assistance of Chris Smit, Barry van Wyk and their team. As a client, my case was represented well and, for lack of a better word, I was ‘fought’ for.

Overall, their service was excellent as I received updates throughout the process and timely responses to my emails with explanations from Moira van Wyk, who ensured I understood everything and answered all of my questions.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and all involved in my case for everything. You have treated me with so much endearment and were always willing and friendly when the law terms were just beyond my comprehension.
