Legal Practitioner
After matriculating from Swartland High School in 2018, Franco commenced his LL.B. studies at Stellenbosch University. A proud resident of Dagbreek Men’s Residence, Franco gained invaluable experience by participating in various Moot Court competitions, completing law-related short courses and working at the Stellenbosch University Law Clinic. After graduating at the end of 2022, Franco joined DSC as a candidate legal practitioner, working in Daneil Botha’s team.
Throughout the course of his articles, Franco completed an advanced trial advocacy short course, started working on attaining his LL.M. degree, and continued to be an active Boxing and Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu competitor. He was offered the opportunity to take up the position of legal practitioner upon his admission in December 2024, where he continues to provide invaluable support in Daneil Botha’s practice.
