About negative reviews

Not all reviews of DSC Attorneys are positive.

For a large legal firm that has been operating for over two decades, the truth is that some negative reviews are simply unavoidable. Not all potential claims are tenable, unfortunately – and legal processes can certainly be frustrating at times.

In some cases, however, reviews point to shortcomings in our communication processes. We take any negative review very seriously and if any shortcoming is identified, we take immediate action to address it.

Advice about checking reviews of law firms

Generally, when you’re considering reviews of any legal firm, we recommend focusing on feedback from actual clients (in other words, people whom the firm has clearly had the opportunity to work with and represent).

These paint a clearer picture than reviews by individuals whose cases a firm simply can’t accept.
